Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give reasons.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- The customer has 15 days after receiving the product to submit a return request.
- The product must be new, unused and in its original packaging.
- Any damaged, used or incomplete product cannot be refunded.

Return costs are borne by the customer except in the event of an error or a defective product.
