Processing times

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
A period of 12 hours is allowed after the order to permit changes to the delivery address.

Shipments are sent from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Dispatch times

The maximum dispatch time is 5 business days.
Orders are generally shipped before this deadline.

Delivery times

• Standard delivery: 2 to 4 weeks
• International delivery: 4 weeks on average, up to 20 business days
• During exceptional periods, delivery may take up to a maximum of 5 weeks

Delivery delay or problem
