Are Superman slippers warm?
Yes. They're designed with a soft plush or fleece lining which retains heat, perfect for winter evenings. The sole is non-slip for good grip on all floors (hardwood, tile).
What sizes are available?
The range covers kids' and adult shoe sizes, generally from EU 28 to 45 depending on the model. If you're between two sizes, take the larger one for more comfort, as the plush lining slightly reduces the space inside.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery takes on average 7 to 15 business days, including validation, preparation, quality control and shipping. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the delivery country. A tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package in real time.
Are they suitable for wearing outdoors?
No, they're designed for indoor use only. Going outside in them would quickly damage the sole and the outer material. For trips out, it's best to have another pair.
How do I clean them?
Depending on the model: machine wash at 30°C (86°F) inside a pillowcase, or hand cleaned with a damp cloth for the more delicate versions. Always air dry, never in the dryer or on a direct radiator.
