GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the site https://superman-boutique.com/, operated by Superman Boutique.

Any order placed on the site implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are those presented on the site on the day of the order.
Each product is described as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractual.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before final validation of the order.

Superman Boutique reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting orders already validated.

Article 4 – Order

The customer can place an order without creating an account.
The order is considered final after payment validation.

A period of 12 hours is granted after the order to permit changes to the delivery address.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online via secure payment methods, in particular:

  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer
  • Other methods offered on the site

The order is processed only after receipt of payment.

Article 6 – Shipping and delivery

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days following payment confirmation.

Shipping

The maximum dispatch time is 5 business days.
Shipments are sent Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery

  • Average delivery time: 2 to 4 weeks
  • International delivery: average time of 4 weeks, which may exceptionally extend to 20 business days
  • During exceptional periods, delivery may take up to a maximum of 5 weeks

As a reminder, dispatch corresponds to the sending of the package, while delivery corresponds to its transport to the customer's address.

Shipping costs

  • Free or paid delivery depending on the option chosen
  • Free or paid international delivery depending on the country

Article 7 – Delivery delay or problem

If the maximum time of 5 weeksis exceeded, Superman Boutique undertakes to offer the customer a satisfactory solution (reshipment or refund).

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal and returns

Products are refundable.

The customer may request a refund after receiving the product by contacting customer service by email.

Return costs are covered by Superman Boutique.
Return procedures will be communicated by email.

Article 9 – Refund

The refund is made after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Refunds are made via:

  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer
  • Or the payment method used when ordering

Article 10 – Liability

Superman Boutique cannot be held liable for delivery delays due to causes beyond its control (strikes, customs, carriers, force majeure).

Article 11 – Personal data

The personal data collected is necessary for order processing and is neither sold nor shared with third parties, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Article 12 – Applicable law

These terms are subject to French law.
The official language of these terms is French.
